Refund Policy

This refunds and exchange policy will be applicable to any type of users (“Paid Users”, “Paid Customers”, “Resellers”, “Partners”) who have made any kind of purchase such as products or services from Pickcel Digital Signage, Pickcel, Lanesquare, Pickcel Digital Signage, Pickcel Cloud Digital Signage, Pickcel Direct, Lanesquare Technology Pvt Ltd.

Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully and ensure that you have understood it.

Refund Policy (For Services)

All services or subscriptions are sold on an “as is” basis. The service is billed in advance and is non-refundable.

You assume full responsibility for your purchase. There will be no refunds or credits for partial periods of service, unused periods, or for an active account. In order to treat all users equally, no exceptions will be made.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges for Products Associated with Hardware (If Applicable)

Our exchange policy is valid for 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed, we cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your exchange request.

Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer. We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Exchange (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange.

All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
